Olivier Alary is a Montreal-based musician and composer who has released his own recordings, as well as composing for film and exhibitions. Since 2000, he has collaborated with Björk, Nick Knight, Doug Aitken, Monia Chokri, Maxime Giroux, Yung Chang, the NFB and the Centre Pompidou amongst others. For the past ten years, he has also provided soundtrack for several feature-length fiction films and documentaries, some of which have received prestigious awards and screenings in Europe, the US and China.

Bob Gluck is a pianist, composer, writer, rabbi, and professor of music at the University at Albany. Born and raised in the New York metropolitan area, his eleven recordings include works for jazz ensemble, duets, and electronic media, most recently Early Morning Star (FMR 2020). His interactive installation in collaboration with Cynthia Beth Rubin, Layered Histories, has toured internationally. His books focus on collective musical processes within the work of Herbie Hancock, Miles Davis, and others. His current work is an exploration of human music making within a trans-species context. Gluck completed an MFA (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, 2001), and master degrees in Social Work and in Hebrew Letters.

bob Robert Ek
Robert Ek is a clarinetist specializing in the performance of contemporary music. He has always focused on chamber music and has recorded over 20 CD’s and premiered a vast number of works with different ensembles and has toured in Europe, the United States and Asia. He is since 2007 a member of the acclaimed ensemble Norrbotten NEO, Sweden’s only full time ensemble for contemporary music. Norrbotten NEO commissions a number of works from Swedish and international composers every year. As a soloist Robert has performed and collaborated with composers and musicians and conductors from different parts of the world and has been a part of projects involving dance, music theatre, choreography and film. Robert is PhD student since 2019 and the subject for his thesis is "The augmented clarinet in intermedial chamber music performance”. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the artistic possibilities in a multimodal perspective on musical performances with focus on how sensor data from a musicians movement can be a structural part in creating intermedial performances.
