    theory of #relativity in action. sync to which master. I can see a leader sending out a pulse of osc sync messages to the group. but the overall sync between master and slave(s) should be based on the latency of one of the 'edges' - distance between two of the players. that might become the primary tempo in a 'poly-temporal network.' The others would have to locally adjust their clocks to that 'primary' tempo based on their latency relative to one of the two primary nodes. The first 'native' network pieces (compositions that take into account this complex intrinsic #poly-chronotopic [space/time] property of the netscape) will begin the real age of network music. we all just been playin round up to now.
